HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

 Ghost Wig Making Orders open on the 1st of each month and remain open for 48 hours or until slots have been filled (whichever comes first). Ready to Ship unit and Custom Orders are available on selected dates. To be notified of our openings please subscribe to our email list.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders have a 2-business day payment processing time. Ready to Ship orders will ship at the end of the payment processing period. Custom Orders have an additional 15-21 business day (Mon-Fri) production time. Orders can be sent out at any time within the time frame.

PLEASE NOTE THAT DURING MAJOR SALE EVENTS AN EXTENDED TURNAROUND TIME DOES APPLY (UP TO 30 BUSINESS DAYS).

Orders are shipped with UPS. Shipping typically take up to 4-5 business days to arrive based on shipping location. Tracking numbers are issued out once orders are completely ready to be shipped.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Items cannot be exchanged or returned. If you have received a defective item or product, please email concerns to simonegabriellecollection@gmail.com  Please include order number in the email.

You may cancel an order within 24 hours. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled.

HOW DO I DETERMINE MY CAP SIZE?

Our units come in Small, Medium, and Large.
Small 21”-21.5”
Medium 22”-22.5”
Large 23”-23.5”
Please use a measuring tape to measure the circumference of your head. Please measure more than once.

HOW MANY BUNDLES ARE USED IN THE CUSTOM UNITS?

Bob units are constructed with 2-2.5 bundles. Our Luxury Collection includes 3 bundles. To add an additional bundle, add an "individual bundle" in the length you would like to your order.

Our Premade units are 180% density.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY UNIT?

For day to day care of your glueless unit, you may need to refoam your hairline 2-3 times a week using a styling foam to ensure lace is properly laid without the use of glue.
For night time care, we suggest removing your unit and storing in a wig storage bag or set on a wig head to hold styling. If you do choose to sleep in your unit, tie down your edges and cover unit with a silk bonnet to protect the hair.

HOW LONG WILL MY LUXURY UNIT LAST?

If this unit is a part of your regular hair styling routine (with proper care and maintenance), your unit will last 6-9 months before needing a lace replacement. We suggest having more than one unit in rotation in your hair styling routine to extend the longevity of your units. With proper care and maintenance of your Luxury Units, they will last at least 2 years.

WHY DOES THE COLOR LOOK DIFFERENT THAN THE PICTURE?

Different lighting affects the way color is perceived. Yellow light, white light, natural light, indirect light, and direct light all will have the same unit appear differently.

I MADE AN ERROR ON MY ADDRESS. CAN I FIX IT?

If an error was made on shipping addresses, it can be corrected only if the order has not been shipped yet.

MY ORDER WAS LOST OR DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Once ordered have been dropped off, the Simone Gabrielle Collection is not liable for any lost or damaged orders. However, all orders are insured and a claim can be filed.
